Global reach. Specification-led selection.

Zeolite is not a single product.

Deposit mineralogy, cation exchange capacity, moisture, density and particle-size distribution all influence performance.

Pure Zeolite works across multiple deposits and processors, then narrows the choice around function, handling, volume and technical requirements.

01Agriculture

Match finer incorporation grades or robust granules to nutrient, moisture and soil-structure objectives.

Zeolite can be evaluated as a mineral component in soil improvers, fertiliser carriers and nutrient-retention programmes. The right grade depends on the application method, target persistence and blending equipment.

Typically micronised powder to 2.5 mm, depending on incorporation and handling.
02Horticulture

Select mineral family and particle size around growing media, nursery systems, turf and landscaping.

Narrower granular fractions can support consistent blending and pore structure, while finer material may suit formulated growing media and specialist plant products.

Often 0.1–2.5 mm, selected around the media recipe and blending process.
03Filtration

Balance hydraulic performance, surface area and adsorption with a controlled granular fraction.

Filtration requires more than a mineral name. Flow rate, bed depth, water chemistry, regeneration and the target contaminant all inform mineral and grade selection.

Usually a screened granule, confirmed by project-specific hydraulic and media trials.
04Livestock & bedding

Choose low-dust powders or granules for absorption, odour management, bedding and formulated products.

Handling environment and dust control are critical. Extra-screened grades can be considered where the product is distributed mechanically or used close to animals and operators.

Commonly fine or extra-screened granular material, subject to end-use requirements.
05Industrial products

Use a defined mineral and particle specification as a functional component in engineered products.

Industrial suitability may depend on chemistry, moisture, density, colour, dispersibility or abrasion as much as the headline zeolite content.

From 20 μm powder to 5 mm granules, specified around the process and end product.

Selection backed by evidence

From source file to supplied grade.

01Mineralogy first

We begin with the function the application requires, then compare the declared mineral profile and supporting analysis for the relevant deposits.

02Grade matched

Micronised powders maximise dispersibility; narrow granules improve consistency; coarse fractions support airflow, drainage and easier handling.

03Evidence led

Supplier data, PSD, XRD/XRF, moisture, density and samples are reviewed before a route is recommended for evaluation or supply.
